It’s pretty simple. Ensure the handset is correctly placed on the phone, plug in the phone to power, wait 10 seconds and it’s ready to go!

At your event, guests pick up the phone, leave a message after the tone and hang up for the message to record. After the event, you can retrieve your recordings. Each message is recorded as a separate audio file in .wav format.

All phones come with a standard USB connection that can be plugged into a USB wall adapter or portable battery storage if an outlet is not available. No landline or Wi-Fi required.

Don’t worry about length or amount of messages! Our Audio Guestbooks can record up to 36 hours of continuous audio and up to 1,000 messages at a time. For use at multiple events, make sure to remove the recordings from the prior event.

On a flat, stable, stable surface, away from speakers in a high-traffic area. It is paramount that the surface be flat to ensure the phone handle can be easily placed back onto the phone — this is how the Audio Guestbook knows when to record a message.
